1.2. www.ExpressMed.in is available only to such natural persons who have agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy after obtaining due registration, following the procedure as determined by www.ExpressMed.in, from time to time and such Terms of Use, read together with the Privacy Policy, that govern your purchase and use of the products and services from www.ExpressMed.in, constitute a legally binding contract, between you (“You” or “Your” or “Customer” or “User” or “Caregiver”) and www.ExpressMed.in.
